Profile

And Somehow It Still Feels Like the Work Has Just Started.

A communication professional, facilitator, consultant and host — known for an energetic presence and for engaging diverse audiences across three worlds that rarely share one name: live entertainment television, national conference stages, and the corporate floor.

A marketer by qualification and an HR/L&D consultant by profession, with an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). Fifteen years in the Learning & Development industry, working with organisations on leadership, culture, communication and team effectiveness — currently as Chief Operating Officer at Torque Corp, facilitating and co-facilitating teams and large groups. Certified in MBTI personality assessments, and delivering Business Writing workshops with Talent Experts International. Bilingual in English and Urdu, switching naturally between the two within a single event, with an international sensibility that travels easily beyond Pakistan.

Founded The Management Society (TMS) at IoBM — a new student society that ran innovative events and mobilised the campus behind them. A frequent guest expert on television morning shows. Hosted Pakistan Idol Season 2 (2025–26) and currently hosts Celebrating Sweet Success, a talk show featuring distinguished IoBM alumni. Emcee for numerous public and corporate events, and an Executive Committee Member of the IoBM Alumni Association.

A format with no second takes. It rewards improvisation, fast reading of nervous first-time performers, and getting something real out of someone ninety seconds before they walk on stage.

The corporate floor

Town Halls, Launches, Panels, Awards Nights

A corporate audience is not a conference audience. People are there because they were told to be, and half of them are checking email.

That needs facilitation, not hosting. The needle moves when they start talking to each other, not when the host talks better.

Press Play. The Work Speaks for Itself.

A brief only goes so far. Here is a day actually running, a segment actually airing, and a conversation actually going somewhere.

A full day in a hotel ballroom, cut by the client's own crew: the welcome, the keynote, the chaos tour, the milestones wall, the games that got four hundred people out of their chairs — and the room at the end of it.

Facilitation

Making It Easy for Everyone

Warmth, humour, direct conversation. People engage because they feel comfortable, included and clear about why it matters — and that is what moves the needle in a session, not the slide deck.

If you want a thorough research on the subject, advice on the arrangement & order, help with the agenda, maybe better scripting and a partner — not just a host or an emcee — then ‘Pick me, choose me, work with me!’

Something Is Being Built: a Place Where Children Find Out What They Are Made Of

A permanent centre in Karachi where children learn the skills nobody times them on — money, negotiation, failure, making, speaking, caring for something — by doing them, with their hands, at full scale.

Six halls, designed to the standard of the places that got this right. The first version is six stations in flight cases, going into schools.

Build status

Six halls on paper · none built

  • Phase one

Six stations in crates, into schools.

  • Phase two

    Years two to three

  • Phase three

    Year four onward

The campaign opens before the end of 2026. The plan, the six halls and what phase one costs are all on the page — leave your name and you will hear the day it goes live.
